The website www.casiny.com (“Casiny”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Dama N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curaçao (registration number 152125, address: Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao) and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (licence no. OGL/2023/174/0082).
It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that participation in online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before using the site.
Amendments

Eligibility

Player Accounts
Each user may only register one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and funds forfeited. Shared access and use by third parties is not permitted. Players must keep their account data accurate and up to date.
Casiny may require phone verification and full KYC checks. Failure to respond to verification within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Anti-Fraud Policy
Casiny has a strict anti-fraud policy. Suspected abuse—including use of multiple accounts, advantage play, chargebacks, or use of false documents—may lead to permanent account closure and reporting to regulators. All deposits must be wagered at least 3 times before withdrawal.
Deposits
Deposits must be made from accounts registered in the player’s name. Minimum deposit is €20 or equivalent. Cryptocurrency deposits via CoinsPaid do not support deposit limits. Third-party payments are prohibited.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is €20 or equivalent. Casiny may split large payouts into instalments. Weekly and monthly limits are €7,500 and €15,000 respectively. VIP users may receive exceptions. Withdrawals require full KYC verification.
All jackpot wins are paid in full. Currency conversion differences may occur. Payouts via bank transfer may take up to three banking days and may incur third-party fees.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only within 24 hours of the transaction or 30 days in case of unauthorized access. All bonuses are void before refunds are processed. Documents may be requested as part of the refund procedure.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 months are subject to a €10 monthly administrative fee until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Expiry of Claims
All claims related to services or transactions must be submitted within one year.
Complaints
Players may contact support to file complaints. Only the account holder may raise a complaint. Casiny will investigate and escalate as needed. In case of disputes, server logs will be used as the final reference.
Account Ownership
Player accounts and associated rights (including winnings and bonuses) are non-transferable. This includes sale, gifting, or assignment to any third party.
Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules through arbitration in Cyprus.
